Event Details
It's a familiar story...
What do you do when "it" isn't working for you anymore?
In life, you embarked on your path for many good reasons, yet years
later you can find yourself no longer enthusiastic about what you're
doing. This can lead to feeling bored, stuck, fearful, or sad. The old
life no longer fits, and you don't know what you should do.
When disenchantment strikes, it is very scary to decide how to move
forward. Should you stay the course or start something new? You don't
want to make the wrong move and end up disenchanted again. You may feel
like you're running out of time, so the consequences of change might
not be worth the risk. How can you be sure?
If you are experiencing anxiety or loss about your career path, please
understand that you are not alone. The concept of "mid-life crisis" has
been around for years, but we now understand that it can occur at any
time in your life and around many issues.
Get in touch with your core signals to step forward without internal
conflict.
To forge a new direction in life that you can feel confident in, the
first step is to gain insight into your overarching patterns and your
internal signaling process. How does a "yes" feel? That is, how do you
know that what you are doing is right for you and increases your sense
of power and possibility? On the other hand how does a "no" feel? We
all have some contracted, resistant feeling when we are doing or
thinking something against our higher good or against some essential
part of ourselves.
Receiving, paying attention to, and understanding your own body's
signaling process gives you access to a place of knowing we call the
"Heart of Stillness." This is a place within you where you can resolve
complex problems with confidence. Gaining effortless access to this
place allows you to consistently create solutions that are not in
conflict with any part of your essential self. The more you do this,
the easier it is to make decisions, and the more it feels like
everything is just falling into place, the Universe is conspiring with
you, and everything will just naturally flow with your plans.
Living from the "Heart of Stillness" also means taking time out to
grieve for lost parts of our selves and our identities. Even if we have
outgrown them, those parts of ourselves were once important and deserve
honor and respect before we move on.

Benefits of
the "Heart
of Stillness" Workshop
"Heart of Stillness" is a workshop designed for professionals who have reached a decision point in their lives and would like to dramatically increase the level of confidence they feel around their next career moves and around making the best continuous course corrections that any journey will entail.
- Gain clarity on what you do when you are pushed out of your comfort zone. What's the pattern? What's useful (or not) about it?
- Identify core signals. Learn what your "yes" and "no" signals feel like on a cellular level as well as a logical one.
- Reframe your experience. Gain support and the felt experience that your stuck place is really a still place full of rich information and the seeds of life.
- Align your decision-making process with the needs of your essential self so that you feel and act congruently with your deepest needs and desires.
- Steer your career from within. Ultimately this is what will lead to a happy and productive career path.
